I am a Franklin local and have been going to this beautiful shop since it opened. Philanthropy has always been one of my favorite places to shop. I love their gorgeous clothing and gifts. But what really sets this store apart is the peaceful and worshipful atmosphere, the beautiful prayer chapel and the amazing staff that are so welcoming and kind. I have always been treated with genuine care and the very best in customer service! I highly recommend this shop to anyone!!
Only leaving 1 star because I can’t leave negative 50 stars. I’m local to Franklin and have always had a wonderful time downtown at every store and restaurant until today. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone, especially not in my hometown. The sarcastic, rude comments made to me by one of the workers, possibly the owner, were completely unacceptable. Cindy was THE BEST!!! Her customer service was truly unparalleled. I had my toddler with me and a very short window to find an outfit for an event. Cindy was not only present and attentive, but so warm and accommodating of my son. Usually shopping feels stressful with a baby so this experience was a blessing in my day. THANK YOU!!!:)
