Philann's Florist I stopped in Philann's Florist because I was in the neighborhood and need a small gift for someone. I knew almost any florist would have it, and so in I went. I was greeted with a smile. I told them what I was looking for, and they showed me what they had. I left with the gift, and I felt absolutely fabulous.
