This is one of the worst places to live. The over priced, one bedrooms are no where near 700 sq ft. It is run by an incompetent woman who care more about entertaining men late at night in her office than about the satisifaction of her tenents. I have lived here just over a year and she is the third, and worst landlord. She flat out told a resident that she "forgot" about fixing his bathtub.
