Kim and Bob at Philadelphia Zoning took the overwhelming amount of work to get a rental license and distilled it down to maybe a week of answering a few questions over email. They are quick, kind and extremely flexible. I plan to work with them for all future zoning associate L&I issues. Highly recommend
Ignore the fake 5 star reviews from friends & family. This was hands down the worse business experience of my life. Every aspect of this "company" is awful. Avoid this place at all costs, you WILL regret it if you don't. They missed every meeting, deadlines, no communication...then tried to keep thousands of dollars which I had to sue for (and won). Awful. Walk away now.
They were professional, efficient and unflappable.
