Philadelphia Youth Network does not understand how a paycheck works, they are not supposed to be late. I worked the whole summer, camp ended August 11th, i was told i was going to recieve a check in the mail by the 18th, it is now the 26th and i still haven't recieved it. The Philadelphia Youth Network sucks.

I was happy to learn a about this program. It would be a great experience for my son. However, my son worked the entire 6 weeks without being paid. Just recently he received two checks that doesn't add up to his earnings. They tell the youth taxes will be taken out, but there are no paystubs. They load their money on a paycard. How are they suppose to know what they earned and learn how to read their paystubs if there's not any. This program needs some serious improvements. My son will not participate again.!!! This will be our first experience, as our Grandson is now 14, and received working papers through his counselor. I found out about this program from a friend of mines, and looked it up on the internet, read about what they have to offer, and think that this is the perfect opportunity for him.
