Taking great care of me. 6 East staff is amazing. I have been here for 10 days. The food is really good which is a positive change from years ago.
My review is in regards to the ER here. We arrived around midnight, I had quite the scare. I have never visited a VA facility so my inprocessing/check in took a little long but I was patient and they stayed in communication throughout the process while constantly apologizing for the wait, which I really didn't mind - I never expect to be immediately seen at any ER lol. If the reps are more interested in clearing backlog then following guidelines. 10% for full knee replacement that is service connected and deleting the two claims temp 100% and reevaluating knee rating.
