People at the help desk are great! Low ranking is for the lack of parking. Parking desperately needs improvement. Upgrade needed to eliminate driving in circles in parking garage for 20+ min. I can't be the only person that thinks this.
Super friendly staff. Took care of all our needs and worked quickly to get us right and on our way!
My dad, a Vietnam vet, recently underwent an outpatient procedure at this facility and the staff were, across the board, amazing: kind, attentive, knowledgeable. I'm grateful that he got such wonderful care and want to express my sincere thanks to the hardworking nurses, doctors, and other medical personnel.
We initially entered through the Emergency Room area, unsure of where we needed to go. The gentleman at the desk, along with a young lady assisting him, greeted us with such warmth, patience, and kindness. His bubbly personality, beautiful smile, and willingness to help immediately set the tone for our entire experience. Their directions were clear, and more importantly, their demeanor was reassuring.
