If I had to buy a scooter in the Philly area, it would be from Dan at Philly Scooters. Dan treated us fairly and really listened to our needs. He also went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with another scooter store.
Solid dudes who are knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. I bought my latest scoot from them. Thinks to them, the whole process went smoothly. I also regularly go here for service and feel their prices are fair considering this economy
Bought a used Kymco Downtown 300 and these guys have been terrific. Got me the parts I needed to get it running. Help me fix a seat latch at the shop and gave me great advice on my first scooter. I recommend them to all scooter riders I meet.

My first 2 scooters (Like 200 and Agility 125) were purchased from Larry and Shawn many years ago when they were located in S Philly. Fast forward to today...I came into the possession of a used Like 150i.
