RecommendedPhiladelphia Pet Hotel is incredible! I will not take my “fur baby” anywhere else. The staff is caring and loves your pets as their own. I just recently called to find out boarding availability and Jared answered the phone. I said my name and he immediately said “when’s our Zoey girl coming to see us?”. He remembered my dogs name from my name. It is this kind of attention to customers and their pets that won me over and it’s their exceptional attention and care of my dog that keeps bringing me back.
Our dog Dallas attended his first daycare session this week. The staff was amazing and Dallas enjoyed his day. We will definitely be regulars

I've been taking my 40 lb mutt here for many years. The place is extremely convenient, really close to the airport. They also take the dogs out 4-5 times a day for potty walks included in the fee (most places don't do that so your dog is spending a lot of time doing nothing). Jared and his staff really care and remember my dog every time. Love this place and feel very safe leaving her there (especially with the vet next door).
We love this place!!! We took our sweetie LolaMarie to stay this weekend, and can you say we were totally satisfied. We had to extend due to car trouble and it was no problem. LolaMarie was cared for, and came home happy. I recommend Philadelphia Pet Hotel&Villas to all my fellow pet parents. Looking forward to her coming back for daycare. 🐾 ❤️👍🏾
This is my second furbaby that I have sent here...this place is fantastic! Jared and his staff are so friendly and loving your furbabies. This place is very clean and love the decor😊. Highly recommend here!
We’ve used this place a few times when on vacation. Great staff, daily updates if requested, and very clean. Plus, they had an option for ‘wrinkle maintenance’ for our french bulldog’s folds-what is a cuter than that?!
My Dog Izzy is a new-comer to Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas. I know that she's in great hands (especially with Aaron) when she cries as she's being handed back to me because she's looking for him. The entire staff at the Villas has been wonderful and I highly recommend their services!
