I had a very great experience with them. They are all friendly and helpful. Explained everything throughly. Went there w my baby and all the assistances helped me to get all my procedures.
Staff does not know what there doing staff is ignorant They not only waste your time by messing up your appoints and paper work to insurance company yhey will cause more damage and take no responsibilty for it. WOULDNT GO THERE
I called to make an appointment and to confirm whether they accept my new insurance. The lady who answered spoke in a rude tone and seemed uninterested in assisting. The doctors here are very professional, kind, and friendly, but the front desk staff could be more courteous. I’ve visited this office twice before and experienced the same issue with the front staff. I decided to give the place one more chance because of its convenient location and doctors, but the phone call honestly made me not want to come back anymore.
