Was very over crowded due to one week prior till Christmas but stores were trashed not enough sales ppl. Five below was ridiculous store was a disaster n ppl stealing rt out in the open. McDonald's was getting ready to close n they were cooking with the lights out. Lied about what they had when the cook was like yes we have it. Instead of being honest they sold us the worse burger ever nothing on it except cheese n meat. This included another family. The man was freaking out. Def the worse MCD ever.

This place is alive again! Just like, if not better, than what it was almost two decades ago.
Spent many weekends here as a teenager when it was Franklin Mills, which in my eyes I'll always call it that. Only thing that would make the mall better is a Torrid.
I was there yesterday I love this mall so many sales everywhere you went...Me and my daughters can't get enough we come from South Jersey to shop here lol...That's how you know Philadelphia Mills got it all💖💖💖

The stores could be better. Bed bath and beyond is gone. There are 2 $6.99 stores in there that is irreverent. And the customer service in most of your stores needs to be worked on.
Very nice mall but need more food choices in the food court...
