I was quoted a price for pick up, packaging and shipping of $115.00 for an auction item. The package job was poor and the worst part was the $315 they charged me after the $115 quote. They had my item, so i was stuck. All that to ship a 18" x 24" $250.00 value painting. What a rip-off. Never returned my emails asking why?
