I arrived at this company at 3:00 PM and checked in. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. They gave me a door at 3:30 PM, and by 4:30 PM I was already unloaded, so the unloading itself was fairly quick. Why am I only giving 2 stars? The main reason is that they do not have any truck parking. Drivers are forced to park on the road where there is a “No Parking” sign, which is very inconvenient and stressful. This is one the worst shipping ever,, I have been waiting 9 hours after my appointment and they gave a door then they called me telling me the product is not ready ,, Now it’s Sunday which means no other loads and I wasted my time for two days,, I will never come back here again 🛑
