I started with the Health Insurance because I was in good shape health wise. My insurance started December 28. I took a colon guard exam through the mail. It came back positive needed to go to a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy. Pretty scary time in your life plus your insurance stated with a positive test, It now becomes a pre-existing condition in my colonoscopy was now denied. Pretty shitty thing to do to someone going through something like this.

I'd give it zero stars if the option was there. I've had this insurance for 5 years. It does well with wellness; simple things. Now I need major surgery and it has been denied, and the outcome is now grim. I was told by my agent when I signed up that it would cover anything BCBS would with no deductible or co-pay. Apparently, this was a lie. So make sure when you sign up that you ask about hospitalization, med flights, car wrecks, organ transplants, ETC. before you sign any papers.

Not only did Noah Glassman provide comprehensive information, he also talked through the pros and cons of each plan in detail and took a personal interest in our health situation, which was quite complicated. This was the biggest ripoff! Most people want or need health insurance. I took out a policy, paid premiums for 3 years, am still getting bills because they never paid anything! SCAM. SCAM SCAM
