Closed my business and didn't renew my policy. They sent me to collections for not paying them for insuring my business which no longer existed. Over the phone they insisted they rendered services and I owed them money and didn't want to hear that my business didn't and doesn't exist so services couldn't be rendered which was after my policy expired.
I would give this company 0 stars if I can. They are unresponsive, liars, and they have drivers that will hit you and they will deny liability. Stay far away from these people. They need to be sued. They are currently trying to deny my claim for one of their drivers for hitting the left rear of my car. Stay far away!
