The office seems like a complete mess. Phone calls are rarely answered, everything is disorganized and not properly tracked or communicated. Billing, medical information, notes with excessive typos, callbacks that never come. The doctor seemed calm and pleasant but in retrospect it seems like I was rushed straight into a surgical recommendation without trying more benign treatments or meaningfully reviewing my case.
