What a GARBAGE CO. I wouldn't let them hold insurance over my pet rock. I had been a customer for numerous years, always paid, never late, never an insurance claim. They sent out my renewal packet, specifically stating not a bill, will send invoice. They claim they sent it, but never received it. I recently had a fire at my home. Nick Hayes was the person in charge of my case. He assigned the case to Resto Corporation. They were truly professional and expeditious.Their work was excellent and I am very happy happy with the outcome. Both Nick Hayes and his project managers were in constant contact advising me of progress of the case. They handled everything. We've had Philadelphia Contributionship Insurance for many years. They have always been prompt, courteous, empathetic and fair. Our house suffered a fire in 2019 and we lost our brother in the fire. Our Claims Adjuster, Mr. Nick Hayes, was absolutely wonderful in helping us from the minute I called to report the fire which was the same day. Excellent job from my agent Karen . From helping me to file the claim after the storm cause the tree fall down damage the roof and structure of my porch and broke my outdoor natural gas grill Karen find a very good construction company ( EDS) that did excellent job b to build my new porch . Everything was smoothly done , my porch was fix and my gas grill cost was reimburse. I am very happy with The Philadelphia Contributionship especially my agent Karen.

I am beyond frustrated with Philadelphia Contributionship and Mark1 restoration. This started in May after the storm when we had our roof evaluated by a local trusted roofer because of the large amount of storm damage that occurred to most homes in our neighborhood as well as the surrounding area. It was determined by the certified hail specialist that the roof indeed has damage caused by hail including on the soft metal ridge vent as well as the flashing. This is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. It is like not having insurance - you pay a premium and are not covered. We had hail damage to our roof and had 4 reputable roofing companies say there was hail damage. The outside adjuster said no - we suggested that the adjuster meet with the roofer to both inspect the roof like all insurance companies do and they refused.
