Have reserved taxis from them a few times, both on short notice and almost a week in advance. Every time, they were prompt and waiting for me instead of the other way around. Drivers are friendly and safe, cabs are clean, prices are reasonable.
Have had to use them on occasion when I was stuck without a car or realistic public transit options, and have never been disappointed. Whenever I made a reservation, they were always on time. In fact, they usually arrive at least 5-10 minutes early. Drivers are friendly and drive safely, the taxis are always clean
