I think they should cook to order off the flat top including put the bread down on grill to toast it some. Cook everything together, melt the cheese and serve. It doesn't take a lot of time. People are willing to wait. That is how they do it in Philadelphia. Don't hold it in a steam table, put it together then put it in the steamer to melt it.
Philly guy here.... worst ever.... should always be cooked to order and never microwaved...
If you like Philly cheesesteaks this is not the place to go anymore when the first time they open the doors years ago it was the best place the best place to get it after that would be Philadelphia itself. I have never known a place to make Philly cheesesteaks put the meat in the bun put the cheese on it and then microwave and then had it to you and smile and says enjoy. If I remember right Philly cheesesteaks are to be done on the grill with ages nice and juicy. Not look like boiled brains on a bun
Was not pleased that my sandwiches and fries were MICROWAVED !!!!!!! SPENT $40.00
This is one of our favorite places to eat always really good fast service and excellent food
If you're looking for a great cheese steak this isn't the place I came yesterday hoping i would find a great cheese steak and been told it was one of the best it was the worse cheese steak I ever had I am from philly so I know what a good cheese steak is

Sorry, you had a bad experience, most Philly folks love our cheesesteaks, & some even like them better.
I have always loved the food. I moved to WI over a decade ago and stop here each time in the area. I was not disappointed, my sandwich was AMAZING!
The counter girl cooked our meat in the microwave and never toasted the bread and I'm new in town and have been driving bye for a couple of months and was excited to try it out � I was so disappointed when I got home, I should've knowing something was up I never seen the meat hit the grill and it was all done in about 5min literally. So sad to serve a cheesteake that way..
Haven't been here in ten years came jn today and the food is still amazing
