I did not have a good experience on the intake process. You reach out on one therapists profile, they schedule a consultation with an admin that doesn’t really tell you much about themselves. The first thing they remark is the copayment. Then after a few boilerplate questions, they suggested that I book an appointment with a specific therapist, not the one I reached out to. Do not trust with USCIS immigration evaluations. Our evaluation was denied by USCIS for "missing the required explanation." The deficiency was identified by multiple USCIS immigration officers and one immigration supervisor. After the denial, I repeatedly clarified in writing that I was not requesting any change in diagnosis or clinical opinion, only compliance with USCIS requirements.
