HORRIBLE experience GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. They gave me several instructions to give to my insurance so I could get a boot fitted for my broken ankle. They gave me and my insurance agent several steps to satisfy so I could receive the boot. After following all instructions they said I had to pay out of pocket regardless of what my insurance said, they would not be giving me any service. The owner William Penny also yelled and screamed this to me before he hung up on me.
Philadelphia O and P is on a completely different level from other clinics. The attitude, ethics, and dedication of everyone on staff is nothing short of amazing. It is family run with state of the art technologies they provide to help their patients. From Denise in the front to Steve in the back, the whole staff clearly understands your needs in facilitating your healing process.
