Phil did an EXCELLENT job for us, when our daughter was looking to buy her 1st home in Oakland. Phil is professional, knowledgeable, responsive with bonus points for being really easy to hang out with while driving around and looking at possible houses/condos. I would HIGHLY recommend using Phil as your real estate agent!

My husband and I requested a tour on Zillow and Phil was assigned as our agent to show us the house. He was very easy to communicate with from the start. Phil is the best. He helped my mom sell her house after my father died. He was so knowledgeable, gentle, and professional. The process was fairly pain free for my mom, and any stress was what is expected with any move. He helped keep my mom on track and was always available for questions and support, in person or by phone.
