Phil Shell just sold my family’s home and I want to recommend him to you. He was organized, responsive and very knowledgeable. He’s professional demeanor helped make this as easy as possible. The house needed some work to get it prepared for sale and Phil had a lot of resources to get the house ready for sale. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend him.

Phil did an EXCELLENT job for us, when our daughter was looking to buy her 1st home in Oakland. Phil is professional, knowledgeable, responsive with bonus points for being really easy to hang out with while driving around and looking at possible houses/condos.
