We had to have an emergency water heater replacement. I called Phil & Paul’s and they came out quickly treated our job like it was important and dedicated themselves to completing the repair and installation. When hiring a contractor, I think anyone has the right to expect professionalism and competency. We were very pleased with Phil & Paul’s Plumbing. Our first phone call to the office was very professional and courteous! We were instructed that we would receive a call from the plumber shortly that same day. That call came very quickly (less than an hour) and Mike was at our house within that hour! Mike was very knowledgeable, kind and skilled! We had roots in our system and he was able to clear the clogging that was going on. The cost was very fair and the service was excellent! I had called Phil and Paul’s pluming for a drain issue I’ve been having for years. Once a year I have to clean out my kitchen sink drain lines due to them backing up from buildup. I was worried the constant build up was caused by roots or damage in the line. They had a technician out with hours of my call. Aaron had arrived and was quick knowledgeable and professional.
