Had tire issues on my Highlander. They replaced the tires had them in stock. We were stressed because we had a wedding to get too. They had us in and out in less than an hour. The young lady at the front desk was very professional and took care of us right away. Would highly recommend them to everyone!!! Very Satisfied Customer!!!😎

Unbelievably fast service! I called Phil Meraux less than an hour before they closed and they told me they could take me if I got there ASAP because I was in a jam! They literally changed all 4 tires on my vehicle in 15 minutes! If an Indy or NASCAR team is looking for a pit crew, they should hire these guys 😅

10 MINUTES from the time I pulled up until I left! Granted I had called ahead because they had to order the tires and they closed at 5:00 so they wanted to leave. I’ve used them for about 15 years now and nobody else comes close for speed, price, and most importantly integrity. They have turned me away before because I still had some life on my tires. They don’t align your steering unless it needs it. Longest they have ever taken was 45 minutes when they were super busy.
I bought new tires and my car was so quiet that I started hearing a new noise. I brought it back in and they said it was a wheel bearing starting to go out. I changed the bearing and sound is gone. These guys know their stuff and don't mind helping you out. I will definitely be back with my other car when it needs new tires!
great prices and fast friendly service, something you don't get much from folks now days. One thing is this is a family owned and operated business not some chain outlet which most don't care if you are happy or not.
Over the past few years, I have relied upon Pat of Phil Meraux Tires for a variety of services, and have been extremely satisfied! They are prompt, efficient and courteous. Melissa in particular is extremely helpful, and has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. They have my highest recommendation!
