I just bought my fourth Subaru from Brent Harland. I always feel I can take my time to decide which car I want. Once I do, he has answers to every question. Brent knows these cars. He knows the engines. He knows how everything works inside as well. My most recent purchase was a 2018 Outback. Cars today are so high tech. Brent was able to explain how every button works. We have NEVER been treated better by a dealership or a salesperson. We have purchased quite a few vehicles in or day and have had good experiences and bad. Yours however far exceeds all. We went to a different Subaru dealership months ago. We were so unempressed by them and their high pressure that we almost decided we didn't want a Subaru at all. Then, John came very highly recommended, so we have him a shot. Glad we did. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Lovin our Forester!!
The service department has always been great to us, and just recently, Josh the service manager, really went above and beyond. Thank you for putting your customers first, it doesn't go unnoticed!
The service folks at this dealership are TOP NOTCH! My car croaked last night and the PM Subaru service department was the only one I could find with Saturday service hours. THANK GOODNESS! These guys have been so amazing. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else! From the sales guys to the service gals and guys, they are the nicest and easiest to work with. Next car I buy will be from the Phil Meador Subaru again! Love this place and love the people.
Couldn’t ask for better service! Took my Subaru in for a recalled airbag. I was promptly greeted at the door by a very nice lady with a smile, she then showed me to the parts department. The service department was immediately able to get my car into the shop. After chatting with some very friendly salespeople the service department informed me of some maintenance work that was long overdue.
