We purchased a used car as is from Phil Meador Subaru through John Nemire. It was for our daughter who is disabled and needed a car that she could not afford. Two weeks after we bought it the transmission revealed a problem. John went to bat for us and the Sales Manager agreed to split the bill with us even though he did not have to do so. It was a very generous gesture that was much appreciated. We will be back when we need another car.
John was such a great help and a few others getting me my dream car !!! They seriously did everything possible!!!!
I purchased a Subaru last year and the staff were easy to work with. We had a great salesman who was very knowledgeable and was willing to work with us on so many things. We will ONLY be buying our Subarus from Phil Meador Subaru, even though there are a few other Subaru dealerships closer to us. I have since become a Subaru Ambassador and I will only refer those interested in buying a Subaru to Phil Meador as well. It's worth the hour and a half drive to me! :)

Anytime I have had to visit the Phil Meador showroom, I have always had a very pleasant experience. The staff at P.M. are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. Their efficiency is top of the line. Brent Harland, who sold me my car, was watching for me to come in for my appointed service call and we chatted. I had not done so in over two years.
