I just purchased a Kia forte, I had an awesome experience with them, they took the time and explained everything to me so that I understood. They walked me through everything step by step. I recommend to anyone that is looking for a car please go check them out, I’m so glad I went to Phil Long Kia . Awesome job.

Ok so I’ve bought 5 vehicles over the years with these guys great product, amazing salesmen, helpful attentive and professional. The general manager is a friend of our Son and he runs a tight ship. Always the right price now it’s Reggie’s turn to get in in the action that’s my husband and keeping him safe while he completes his degree program is my goal. Is it me or is you just incompetent? The New Finance guy name John Day does Not return phone calls, I 1st called John November 11th conceening my extended warranty and he Never followed up or returned my phone calls. Then i made a followed up call after a week on November 18th and John still Never returned my call so i decided to stop by personally on November 22nd to speak with John and John refused to come out of his office plus he did Not have Any customers in his office, so someone elae decided to come over and address my concerns. I have been waiting on John the Finance guy to call me for over 3 weeks now. So December the 9th after Never recieving a call from John i had to go back up there again and someone else helped me again and i threaten to call his Manager so John finally decided to call me and he explained to me that he is waiting on the extended warranty company to call him back. On December 28th I decided to call the warranty company myself and asked them why they have not called the Finance guy back and they said JOHN THE FINANCE GUY NEVER EVEN REACHED OUT TO THEM. The warranty company instructed me to go back up to the dealership and tell Finance John that he had to contact them and that i can not set up warranty directly through them. So for a 3rd time on the same day December 28th i went back to Kia to speak with John and again he would Not come out his office to speak with me personally and so happ ened the head Manager was there and he helped me with my warranty issue and he apologized in behalf of John but i said i wont expect an apology coming from him because John is the one who should apologize. John the Finance guy is very dismissive, dishonest, and unprofessional. I have been dealing with Kia for over 5 yrs and never have i been treated this way before John showed up.

I have used the Phil Long Kia service department for my 2015 Optima since I bought it new in 2015. The service team always treats everyone well and explains what recommended services are needed to keep your vehicle running well. I would recommend them for service of your vehicle.

They did a fantastic job on the recall notice for my Kia Soul. They had the part that was needed in unexpectedly, so my appointment and the fix were all done within an hour and a half. Great work!

We had a great experience at Phil Long Kia. Karl was very helpful and really listened to what our needs were in our new vehicle. He found us the perfect vehicle in our budget and made the transaction very easy. We also had a wonderful finance guy! Thank you for making this process so easy!

This dealership has absolutely NO Integrity, extremely underhanded and the service is absolutely horrible. I feel like they stole my money, I can't drive my car because when I turn on the engine something is pouring from underneath the hood. I cannot believe that they are certified dealership.Ty blatantly lied, Kia has shown waton disregard for my life and the lives of my three children that need to ride around in the vehicle.I am scared to drive my vehicle, scared to have my children in there because I don't know what's going to happen. They could not care less about my life of the lives of my children. After they've gotten over $900 from my warranty company and myself.... I took my car in to be serviced for an oil change. Ty sent a link to show what needed to be done to my car. I selected oil change and of course they always have recommended services. Was not told that if I got my oil changed that it would just leak out because I had several leaks under the hood.... I allowed them to change my oil, paid for that then I called my warranty company and they said they would cover the engine leaks and fuel line and gaskets. From what Ty said they did not want to pay for the labor and he of course tried to have me pay for it. I refused and then he said he spoke with the manager at the warranty company and then they decided to pay. Took my car Friday 11/20/20 to have it serviced. I picked up my car right at 6:00pm. I saw oil leaking from my car, Ty reassured me they power washed and power washed but were unable to get all the oil from in the pan. And it would dry up. Took my car the next day to another dealership in motor City to get my brakes and rotors changed. Found out that Ty blatantly lied to my face, there is something leaking all underneath and all around my engine. They said looks like there's also additional leaks They didn't want to clean anything up so that way I'll be able to show CarMax and the warranty company as well as the manager at Kia. Nothing was cleaned under the hood and nothing was done properly. They got over $900 from myself and the warranty company. Of course I have to wait until Monday to address the manager. Whatever you do, do Not go to this Kia, they do not have your consumers best interests in mind at all. They are all about making that dollar, they will have to anything. And Ty who has been there since I've had my Kia it's definitely the worst of the worst, No integrity no moral fortitude to look me in my face lie. I am so disappointed, they definitely will not be getting another dime of my money, and again hopefully Carmax and all other dealerships will steer their customers away from Phil Long Kia. The worst dealership experience I've had. I don't know how to upload pictures, but I have plenty that I Have sent to CarMax in the warranty company.
