Seems to be a big disconnect between the mechanics and sales associates. Take your car to a regular mechanic who can actually explain everything to you when you pay. "I don't know" is not an acceptable answer when I've just spent hundreds. I called to get a part ordered and installed and they would call me when it was ready. 6 weeks later, I called again and they never acknowledged their mistake but ordered me another. Always pleasant experience to have my Subaru serviced here.
The service at this shop was excellent. A little over a week ago, my serpentine belt broke on the way from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. We barely made it into the shop, arriving just a couple hours before close, yet the crew here made every effort to get our Outback fixed that day. Sarah in particular took great care of us. I was truly impressed with this shop's diligence, professionalism, and clear communication. In all it was the best car repair experience I can remember
Felt pretty taken advantage of. Took my Subaru in for a new battery and ended up with a $650 bill for just a battery! When they called they told me thr cost would be $400 and when I went to pick it up there was an additional $200 diagnostic fee. Will not be returning.
