Horrible company. They practice baiting and switching with no accountability from leadership. Do not work with them!

Came in for a warranty issue with my door hinges in august of 2023. I go in every two months and someone says they will call me back. They don’t. They’ve promised me 3-4 times they will fix it under warranty and nobody ever organizes it. Going on a year for warranty work. Don’t come here for sales, service … actually don’t risk even driving past. It’s now march 2024. Zero movement. Call Chrysler direct.
Gave me run around , tried to get me to sign for the wrong vehicle that costed way more
