Being the only dealer of pre-owned homes for a large area, the demand is for them is incredibly high and they sell faster than we can get them in. Told us we where the only ones that knew about a mobile home By the time we where able to look at the home which was a month later than we thought. Phil jr gave us 10 days to come up with the money. We are going thru a bank there is not a bank that works that fast . We agreed with a down payment on Tuesday and Wednesday morning he called and sold it on us What the hell kind of business is that. On here the last 2 days. Nobody available to help. If I have a person on line, tells me to "view" the homes, but, honestly, nothing there except 2-3 homes?? WTF! Do you want my buisness?
