As many have said here.. customer service does not exist. If this company really cared … they would recognize these reviews and change this terrible experience we have with PHH Mortgage. They have a call line off shore in India. The people on that line only speak a script, say they’ll call back with answers and never do. It is up to you to follow up and then it’s the insane cycle again and you get nowhere. When I refinanced, PHH bought the loan.
