As a college athlete, Rob has done a great job in preparing me for fitness tests and more. He creates an atmosphere where you are pushed to your limits but can still enjoy the company of those around you. For years, he has been the best fitness/life coach I could ask for!
I've been going to Robert since I was 15 years old and I am now 19. Every single year I come to train and get my body in shape. When coming in daily I get into healthy regime of working out and eating clean. The gym is always kept clean and in tip-top shape as well as a very welcoming environment; everyone is a family at phenom performance.
I started with Rob almost a year ago , i never felt better and the results are amazing . Rob customizes the work out on your needs . I have nothing but good experience with Rob . If you want a great workout Phenom is the place.
Great ambiance, professional setting and clean facility. Miller is the best at what he does and he cares about his athletes and our performance. Very knowledgeable and will explain the whys on every exercise, recovery and progression. Highly recommended!
I work out with Rob every summer when I get back from college to get back into shape! Each workout is dedicated towards my goals and what I would like to achieve/work on. Rob creates a super fun environment where everyone working out becomes friends! 10/10 would recommend!!!
