I love the convenience of this location.
Claudia and Chris are the best manager you could ask for. They are always there when you need them and they care about you and your business. I love my little space and I love my neighbors. You feel like you are home, everybody is very kind and cool. I really recommend this place if you want to run your own business. Not mention that is very affordable:)
This is such a esthetically beautiful place to work, from the waterfall in the front to the beautifully hallway arches! The rooms are fabulous sizes, and the owners of Phenix are very responsive and friendly! All the business owners inside are incredibly friendly as well!
I rented here for four years and I can’t recommend enough. The space is well maintained, perfect sized suites, and the owners are amazing! You can tell they really care about their renters, bringing goodies all of the time, checking in on us, and even throwing holiday parties!
