i went to phenix salon to get a tattoo, my artist was Ian Seth and he was amazing! the location was easy to find and communication between meeting your artist at the door was very thorough
Ian Seth is a pleasure! So chill and easy going, the studio space is so inviting and I love the quality work! I was so comfortable, especially as Seth made sure to be as gentle as possible while tattooing, especially as inner elbow is thin skin and swells so easily. I highly recommend for a stellar tattoo experience.
