Had to have surgery on my right hand. Dr. Phelps was very meticulous in planning the surgery. I felt very at ease with him because he explained everything in detail and gave me all my options. I feel that he listened very closely to my concerns and made me feel as comfortable as possible prior to and the day of my surgery. I had very little pain and healed beautifully. Dr. Phelps is "hands down" the best around!☺
