If you can avoid it, go to any other ER. I wish zero stars was an option. Sat in the car while my husband ran in to ask if I could be seen to diagnose excruciating shoulder pain, specifically to get an MRI which I’d been told I needed but there was a month delay through normal means. Hadn’t slept for days, could barely move as the slightest jostle hurt. Both nurses at the front desk assured him it would be no problem asked him to bring me in. They were all very courteous and they tended to me and my husband amazingly. There was verve little wait time and they put my needs very quickly
Every time I have to visit the emergency room for myself or someone I am visiting I always notice blood droplets in various places. Lately the doctors and nurses have been judgmental and are showing no effort to have a good bedside manner. Even when there are no patients in the emergency room it still takes hours to be evaluated and most of the time the evaluation is incorrect. If someone needs to be seen due to severe and worsening chronic pain issues they are accused of being a seeker and they will note your medical record... read more
No wait time got me right in and took care of the problem I had. Everyone was very nice in taking care of me. Would recommend this facility to anyone
