Baby of 4.5 months left to wait in the ER with 101 temp and breathing pauses over 10 seconds as well as inconsolable, pained wailing. It took 2 hours to get a dose of tylenol before being put back in the waiting room. Hours later we left and took her to St Mary's ER, where she was promptly seen and taken seriously. This is the SECOND time my infant was left in the waiting room for 5+ hours and not even seen before we sought medical care elsewhere because of how negligent this ER is.
