Dr. Phelan’s care has resulted in positive results and wellness. He listens, observes and shares his treatment approach. Tightness in neck and lower back were source of pain and discomfort. Interaction and activation of muscles, nerves and spine were discussed. An individual plan of adjustments, dry needling and home exercise have increased my range of motion and flexibility.
