They keep everything looking nice, well taken care of, but if your not a hood rat on welfare stay clear! At $800 monthly rent for those of us folks that work, you still have to obey their rules that are "sd housing rules" basically, I'ts not a half way house so at $800 I'd think a Lil freedom from everyone breathing down ur neck...the welfare rules everything out here! Be prepared for sports balls to be kicked and thrown at vehicles, unauthorized entry of your unit, and no place to park and feeding the neighborhood children.... read more
