I moved into Pheasant run apartment June 12th 2026 with the assumption that there had been no pets in the unit im renting , because that's what I was told. Moved in the unit what do I smell in the masters bedroom a pet smell. I report it to the manager she has the carpet cleaners come and treat the carpet, now it smells worse than before. When you allow pets you should have hard wood floors. You clean the carpets the chemicals sinks down to the padding creating the smell. The apartments are so spacious and the staff is awesome! Very very reasonable rent! So glad I moved here! I feel very safe here, also.
I loved living here and it was super quiet only reason it is a 3 star is because the new management is absolutely AWFUL! They never are in the office, never answer the phone and maintenance requests aren’t being done anymore. Thankfully we just moved out but even that was hard to do because again they are so terrible with communication, office hours are not accurate AT ALL and they do not let you know when they will be out.
