My boyfriend and I have lived here for 5 years. Ever since the new management has taken over, it has been like a breath of fresh air. We got to meet the new manager and she was so sweet and welcoming! Maintenance has taken care of our issues very quickly and efficiently. The new updates (dog park and soon to be garden) is more than the previous owners ever did. Thank you for taking such good care of us. I’m sure the new tenants will love it here. (We are only leaving because we bought a house.). :-)
I have lived at Pheasant Run for almost 10 years! I can honestly say that the new landlords, Mariah and Lisa, have done great improvements on the property! They are quick to respond to maintenance requests and questions.
I lived here from Sept/Oct 2020 to March 2025. It is the safest and nicest apartment building I have ever lived in. Also the most spacious. The apartment I had was larger than some houses I've been in. Maintenance is very responsive to needs, and the front office staff was always professional and helpful whenever I had to call or email them about a concern.
