First time at PhDermatology and I’m genuinely impressed. It was easy to get an appointment within the same week, and I only waited a few minutes before being seen. Dr. Rinker was thorough, not rushed at all, and took time to really understand my concerns and answer questions. The medical technician was incredibly kind and seemed to anticipate what was needed, which made the whole visit feel seamless. One of the best medical office experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience with this office. All of the staff members were so helpful! I saw Shaina and she was amazing. She took her time, answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Highly recommend!
