Dr. Ross and staff have been wonderful!! From the beginning assessment to Mohs surgery and now followup they have all been caring and understanding. After I am clear from this, I will be going back for additional checking. Totally recommend them.

I've been to the office 3 times in the last few years. I needed a very minor prescription refilled. Called on a Wednesday, the woman I spoke to said I would get a call back the next morning saying either yes the refill would happen or no I'd have to come in. Well, crickets on Thursday. So I called again on Friday, same story except I explained I was going to be traveling and needed the refill ASAP.
