Everyone is always so friendly.
Very efficient office with friendly staff! I didn't have to wait long after arriving and the appointment itself was quick. I had a small spot on my head removed and it was painless. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you're overdue for a skin exam.
I had a phenomenal experience with this office from Vanessa at the front desk patiently answering my questions, Anna the medical assistant who took the time to listen to my concerns and understood my anxieties, and Dr. Sotomayor who had amazing bedside manner and was very caring! This team kept me calm during my biopsy and prevented me from having a panic attack. Can’t recommend this practice enough!
Disappointed from the complete process. First, the email said it’s time to come in. But then they only allow the insurance to cover you for cosmetic work one time a year. When they didn’t call me back after I left a voicemail which said I wanna make sure I’m covered for this appointment, I chose to call them on my own and I forgot to ask the question again.
