nice clean waiting room people very helpful
Messed up the wiring in my truck, causing me to tow my vehicle then they refused to fix it properly. Their solution to shorted wires was to zip tie them together in a large bundle which caused more electrical problems. I had to undo their work and fix the problem myself. Currently pursuing a law suit! Do NOT bring your vehicle here!
I wish I could give no stars here because thats what they deserve. They have a remote car starter groupon that states they will install a remote start for $129 and there is no additional fine print. When I tried to call and set up an appointment, they told me it was going to cost an additional $150. Yep, the old bait and switch. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude and basically told me i was SH*T out of luck. I will not recommend anyone do business here
I can't stand folks who tries to get over or just don't want to do a job! Called the other day I was told over the phone that it would be one price came today and I noticed the look in the guy face as if he wasn't in the mood to assist me today.....so I guess he was thinking him giving me a higher rate just to look at it or saying its not a guarantee it will fix it(in a very negative way) would deter me from wanting them to try to fix it! I been going here for the past 11yrs they've worked on all my cars from rims to sounds remote start to train horns nothing but the best at phD ask for Jay or Johny they'll take care of you
