Usually I love this place. I got off work early today to get my hair cut and arrived on time. The stylist let me know she was running late and I told her I could wait. After half an hour of waiting, I asked how much longer (her current customer was blown out). She said oh, I still have to do him, and gestured to another person. Why on earth didn't she tell me it was gonna be a minimum wait of Over One Hour?!?! On a Friday evening when I'm on time for my appointment? I wasted that time and took time off work. I was seeking out a spa that offered massage, facial, mani & pedi. After reading reviews of local places. I kept coming back to PHD. I'm so glad I choose to book with them. It is clean and everyone is professional. Shari & McKenzie are absolutely fabulous top notch! What set them apart from other places is their communication and the service were absolutely amazing definitely felt pampered. Thank you PHD team for thinking of every detail for a great visit!
