Not your typical used car dealership! They treated me like family and helped me find a vehicle I love for the right price. They have many cars to choose from and a very clean, nice dealership. The approval process was faster than expected. Nothing but good things to say !
PHD Sales team is FANTASTIC! They listened and found the right vehicle to fit my needs. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory & wow what an inventory selection they have. The entire process was virtually effortless and most of all I was not there all day, like dealership experiences I have had in the past. My credit is less than perfect, I was not sure of my approval chances but they got the job done with a payment and interest rate that is affordable! Buying my new car and the experience from PHD auto group . Purchased my car on 6/12/23 did the usual test drive asked the question I had that was noticeable about the car . Take the car home and driving to Cleveland for work notice a sway in the ass end never owned a suv so maybe it was something normal due to my lack of knowledge and experience with vehicles let alone going from a 2012 focus to a 2014 explorer I have not clue .
