I am writing this letter of complaint against PHD Auto regarding the unauthorized inquiries on my credit report on 08/10/2022. As per my signed application, I did not give permission to PHD Auto to run my credit with other creditors. I have made multiple attempts to remedy this situation, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance from the company. PHD got me approved when other dealerships could not & I was able to get a car I wanted. They have a great selection of cars, something for everyone! I would recommend if you have less than perfect credit, check out PHD, they can get you approved!

Not your typical dealership experience. PHD cared about what I was looking for and answered all my questions. I never felt like they were pushing me into a sale. Best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales staff was great. They responded promptly to my phone calls and quickly addressed any concern I had, more than once taking care of things before I had a chance to mention it. Everyone there was friendly and me feel right at home. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that goes above and beyond.
PHD didn’t try to hard sell me anything I didn’t want, they went over different options with me until I found the perfect fit. I felt PHD was straight with me and I deeply appreciated it. Great place and staff.
