UPDATE: I received a call back from the owner extremely quickly and she was so incredibly nice and understanding. She agreed to give me a full refund and promised to have some conversations about this situation with her staff. She wanted to make sure I knew that this was not a typical experience (I used to go to this salon all the time and had always had great experiences up until this point) and that she wants to make sure I feel like I can come back. I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. This used to be a nice salon.... read more

Guys I'm not going to lie! Hair coloring can be stressful, and I knew my hair wasn't the healthiest, so I expressed my concerns with Cassie and she created me again! I'm incredibly happy and overwhelmed with me being me again! I was honestly worried about going red because we all know its a difficult color to maintain, I had one spot that didnt want to take to coloring (not caddies fault), so I was paranoid that my color would fade fast, well I washed my hair and used the product and supplies Cassie told me to use and viola ... read more

My stylist Naomi is AWESOME. She is skilled with color and styles. She has a great sense of humor and is a great conversationalist. So glad I got a good recommendation to come to Phases.

Sad to see a bad review about Naomi. I just started going to this salon and I've seen her both times I've gone in. One for brow/lash tinting and the other for a hair cut. She did an awesome job at both and is extremely friendly. I've decided to stick with seeing her and have already scheduled my next cut and highlights with her.

I booked my first appointment as a new client with Lora. When I arrived at the salon, I found out the salon had changed stylists on me and Naomi was going to be cutting my hair. Bugged me that they had changed it and no one had called to see if that was okay, but went ahead with the change. My hair was absolutely butchered and was only one inch long. I wanted a pixie but this cut was like a man's. I called the owner and she said she wanted me to be happy and was willing to cut and color my hair at no charge. I waited 7 weeks... read more

Went in and had a pedicure today with my mom. It was so much fun...Treva did such an incredible job! Great service and great atmosphere. We both loved every minute of it. I hadn't had a pedicure in a LONG LONG time, and my feet look and feel fantastic. Thanks so much Treva, we'll be back!

Great service. They treated me so well. I left so relaxed and happy. I'm making plans to come back again. Massages and pedicures are the best! Thank you
