I love Phat Matt's BBQ because they use great cuts of meat and the macaroni and cheese is to die for. Phat Matt's is my go to place when I want barbecue because other barbecue places such as Everette and Jones use cheap fatty cuts of meat. One time I went to Everette and Jones and bit into a rib and it was nothing but fat with barbecue sauce on it. Haven't been back since!
This is a must stop when I'm in the bay! The food is soo delicious. Even though I have to call before I drive to bay. To ensure they haven't run out. Hospitable, great customer service. I need to go home and eat... I'm coming y'all. Charlotte I am missing you and Matt
FINALLY...a good BBQ place! You can smell the smoked meats before you even walk in the restaurant. Great portion sizes...they feed you like you're family. And the peach cobbler....out of this world!

It was good eats and a very good portion have to get there early.
