Strongly recommend Phatt Jax. Took my truck in not knowing what was wrong with it, Jack had it diagnosed very quickly even during the holidays and fixed it quickly at a reasonable price.
I cannot recommend a company more than Phat Jaxx. They have been by far the best automotive repair facility I have used anywhere in this area. I have had them work on everything from large jobs like a transmission replacement on my Chrysler Pacifica, to a power steering pump replacement on my daughters Subaru and various repairs and maintenance in between. POOR communication, POOR work, they do not do work timely. They leave all the vehicles UNLOCKED in the parking lot.
On top of my last review I have a 1986 Chevy pick up and then I was looking to put a performance motor in it so I asked Phatt Jaxx. they said put an LS motor in it and made it seem to easy and inexpensive for power reasons so I went and bought an LS motor and transmission with computer for it and then Phatt Jaxx started hitting me up with these huge bills for wiring harness, Drive Shaft lengthening and shortening,etc.... which was not suggested till after. Had a steering issue while visiting - they looked it over after tow truck driver had reconnected.....Glad for their confirming it was all ok for our 450 mi drive home. 👍
