My cat Dexter of 15 years had a sudden decline in health recently and Phases was able to see him the minute I brought him in. Unfortunately he was end of life but they were amazing with the whole process of euthanizing him and exceptional service and compassion from the whole team. I can’t thank them all enough for the amazing work they do.
I cannot thank everyone at Phases enough. I had to bring my mom’s dog Bixby in at 1:30am to be euthanized. From beginning to end they made me feel so comfortable and really took such good care of Bix and I …it is never easy saying goodbye to our fur babies but Jenn - absolutely the best. The names of all I cannot remember I’m sorry but Thank Jenn for your kind words and help during a really stressful moment and to all that just made this awful time a little bit better. Much love 🐾💙❤️🩹
The vet clinic is amazing , the staff literally saved our beloved Pekingese Luna from the death; the doctors the front staff and vets in the back of the clinic brought back to life our Luna and also gave us piece of mind that she was in good hands since she had to be given oxygen mask and stay overnight. Thank you all at the clinic and we are very grateful to you all
