Favourite clinic in town they are very professional and caring
The team here was amazing. I had to put my kitty down and the team was so patient, thoughtful, helpful, and kind. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. They really helped make a hard situation peaceful. Thank you guys .
Extremely satisfied with the level of service, professionalism, and care I was provided when I had to rush my dog in from over a hour away! Dr. Lily Miller and all the staff took very good care of my old girl and for that I’m greatful! 100% recommend this veterinary to anyone.
My cat was throwing up and in distress, I called and had her in seeing a vet in under 30 minutes. The people were quite nice, answered my questions with no hedging or wellllll maybe this. The only downside in my experience is that I wasnt able to stay with my cat for the entire visit. I think at least in the case of my cat it would have made things easier on her if I had been there beside her the entire time. But that aside if she gets sick again and its after hours or an emergency I wouldnt hesitate to take her back to Phas... read more
Brought my pup in on a busy long weekend. All of the staff from receptionist, vet assistant, and vet were kind and caring. It was a long process (over 4 hours) due to how busy they were but they kept checking in and keeping me informed about how my pup was doing.
