Would give 6 stars if I could. I've never gotten such amazing service at a vet. They were all so nice on such a terrible day. They also called and checked in after, and answered by questions when I called. Tremendous.
I brought my puppy in this evening for an injury, and we had a really positive experience. The staff were very friendly, and the veterinarian, Jane, was incredibly reassuring, honest, and helpful. She took the time to explain everything and made us feel much more at ease. The clinic was short-staffed tonight, but they still did their best to accommodate us. I have had to use their services twice now. Both times very professional and no unnecessary upsellling of services. Good solid veterinary diagnoses. They cost a little more but are there 24/7. Very grateful!
