I can't thank the staff at Phases enough. Late night, our rabbit went into GI stasis and we came from Vernon for help from the wonderful staff. They were compassionate, informative, and treated our little guy with so much care and attention. Thank you!
Early this Sunday morning I had to bring my beloved Leo in, where unfortunately due to his illness I made the difficult decision to put him to sleep. The staff were so kind and empathetic throughout the entire process. The vet who provided the procedure was honest, professional, and caring. From start to finish, my experience coming to Phases for the first time was great. I called first, the receptionist was helpful and kind. Upon arrival, we were placed in a room immediately and were tended to immediately by the vet tech and then the vet. From when we arrived, had diagnostics, treated and on our way home, it was about an hour. Very happy with our experience. And somehow my bill was lower than I expected for being an emergency vet. Thank you Phases!
This place is great. When are cat broke her leg we had to drive 2 hours to get her here (no vets near us open) and they were amazing. They provided price break downs for everything prior to doing anything, their team was very informative about the treatment plans, meds etc. They even called a few days later to check in on how our car was doing which is above and beyond for an emergency clinic. Plus they put cute litte hearts all over her cats which I though was a sweet touch.
