Changing my 5 stars to 1 due to interaction in October 2024. After being a customer for years, you refuse to fix my hair due to you misunderstanding what was asked for in regards to color, Instead the receptionist refunded my money and told me go somewhere else. Thats unacceptable, as if I asked for a free fix? Made me fully dark! We all know color doesn’t lift color. Plus my hair wasnt cut evenly. 1 year later and $400 into fixing it! Fun fun. I had a wonderful experience with phases salon the people are very accommodating I was able to express a hair style with the stylist understanding the style I was wanting she did a wonderful job taking 13 inches off to donate with a short hair style accommodating my features she was also very patient and pleasing to be with I'd highly recommend this salon if you're looking for a great stylist the prices are very affordable as well!
