Changing my 5 stars to 1 due to interaction in October 2024. After being a customer for years, you refuse to fix my hair due to you misunderstanding what was asked for in regards to color, Instead the receptionist refunded my money and told me go somewhere else. Thats unacceptable, as if I asked for a free fix? Made me fully dark! We all know color doesn’t lift color. Plus my hair wasnt cut evenly. 1 year later and $400 into fixing it! Fun fun.
